• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement efficiency and performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all repairs and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols during maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities minimizing disruptions.
• Train production operators on basic troubleshooting procedures and machine care.
• Analyze equipment performance data to predict potential failures and prevent breakdowns.
• Order and manage spare parts inventory to support timely maintenance completion.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
• Respond to emergency repair requests to minimize production downtime effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CNC maintenance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic CNC systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and software used for troubleshooting CNC equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to train and guide others.
