A leading food solutions company is seeking an experienced R&D Manager based in Dubai to lead the development of ketchup, mayonnaise, and emulsified sauces. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience specifically in Food R&D within FMCG manufacturing and direct experience with sauce formulations. You will manage product development from concept to factory launch while ensuring compliance with local food regulations.

Strong understanding of emulsions and stabilization processes is required.
