Job Details:
This role is responsible for optimizing our production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our food supply chain. It encompasses demand forecasting, inventory analysis, communication with various departments, and continuous improvement efforts.
Education:
Diploma / equivalent in business, supply chain, industrial engineering, or other relevant fields
Work Experience:
Minimum 5-year experience required in depth knowledge of demand planning and forecasting is preferred.
Skills:
Strong planning, problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage the tasks in given timeline.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Forecasting Software and ERP systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in related fields such as Demand/Production Planning and/or Forecasting or equivalent experience within a Manufacturing environment
Solid understanding of Supply Chain and inventory management
