Shift Engineer

Responsibilities

• Supervise manpower and control production processes to improve efficiency and introduce efficient production methods.
• Ensure all product and quality standards are maintained from initial product conception to finished result, following BOM, QDM Formula Cards, and Machine Standards.
• Schedule and manage workers according to production shift schedules.
• Estimate raw material requirements through proper assessment of production planning, manpower planning, and related needs.
• Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates and efficiencies.
• Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical.
• Minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics, driving informed decision‑making.
• Team‑oriented with demonstrated interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in the SAP operating module preferred.
