Assistant Manager – Lubricant Filling / Production Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Assistant Manager – Lubricant Filling / Production to manage lubricant filling operations and supervise production activities across 2 shifts. The candidate must have strong experience in lubricant filling operations, SAP knowledge, team handling capability, and training skills to improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Handle complete lubricant filling operations for multiple filling lines.
• Manage and monitor production activities of 2 shifts effectively.
• Ensure achievement of daily production targets with minimum downtime.
• Coordinate with blending, maintenance, warehouse, QA/QC, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure proper machine utilization, line efficiency, and housekeeping standards.
• Monitor product quality, filling accuracy, and packing standards.

• Supervise operators, helpers, and shift staff efficiently.
• Ensure smooth shift handover and proper production reporting.
• Allocate manpower as per production planning and operational priorities.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and productivity within the department.

• Perform production-related SAP entries and maintain production records.
• Monitor material consumption, production output, and stock movement through SAP.
• Prepare daily production reports, downtime reports, and shift reports.

• Provide proper operational training to production staff and operators.
• Train the team on SOPs, safety procedures, quality standards, and machine operations.
• Develop a positive and team-oriented work culture.

• Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance on the shop floor.
• Follow company quality standards, ISO procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions in the production area.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in lubricant filling / production operations.
• Experience in handling lubricant filling lines and production manpower.
• Good knowledge of SAP for production and inventory activities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to handle production operations independently across 2 shifts.
• Must be a team player with good training capability.

• Salary: AED 4,500 – AED 6,000 per month
• 30 days paid annual leave
