• Apply Paint

  Apply luxury‑grade paint and coatings, paying special attention to achieving uniform coverage and consistent color across all surfaces. For intricate surfaces, use appropriate techniques to avoid streaks, drips or uneven textures.

• Operate Spray Equipment
  :
  Use advanced spray painting equipment, maintaining optimal pressure, flow, and spray patterns to ensure a smooth, flawless finish.

For luxury items, consider a final high‑end spray finish such as a clear coat or gloss designed to add depth and enhance the shine, giving the product a premium, luxurious appearance.

• Inspect and Correct
  :
  Conduct meticulous quality control checks throughout the process, identifying any imperfections, streaks or inconsistencies, and address any issues before the final inspection to ensure the product meets the highest standards.
• Final Inspection
  :
  Once the paint has dried, perform a final inspection to confirm that the finish is perfect. Check for color consistency, sheen and any imperfections that may require touch‑ups.

A high school diploma or equivalent is essential; further education in fine arts or industrial painting is advantageous. Proven experience of at least 3 years in a spray painting role, preferably in automotive or industrial settings. Certification in OSHA safety standards is required to ensure compliance and safety in the workplace. Strong technical skills in operating various spray painting equipment and tools proficiently.
