Sr. Electrical & Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems and equipment in the manufacturing plant.
• Ensure smooth operation of pipe manufacturing machinery as per production plans.
• Coordinate with mechanical and production teams for maintenance and breakdown activities.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.
• Monitor and improve equipment performance and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Support installation, testing and commissioning of new equipment.
• Lead preventive and breakdown maintenance of solid‑state HF welding machines, tube mill drives, AC/DC motors and cold saw machines.
• Maintain minimum downtime in production operations.
• Maintain spares and manage critical inventory levels.
• Monitor power consumption and optimize energy usage.
• Lead, guide and supervise electricians.
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience as an Electrical & Maintenance Engineer in the pipe manufacturing industry.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and machinery.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and industrial automation.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
