Female Assembly Helper

We are seeking detail-oriented candidates to join our switch gear assembly unit. The primary focus of this role is high-repetition, high-precision tasks. We are looking for individuals who take pride in neat work and can help bring order to our production floor.

• Manual Wiring:
  Perform routine tasks such as stripping, twisting, and connecting wires.
• Routing:
  Ensure wires are neatly organized and channeled within the switch gear units.
• Workspace Upkeep:
  Maintain a clean and mess‑free assembly area.
• Inventory Discipline:
  Help keep track of wires and components used to ensure stock is always organized.

• Patient & Precise:
  Enjoy routine work and don't mind repetitive tasks if it means the final product looks perfect.
• Organized:
  Like everything in its proper place.
• Fast Learner:
  No prior experience in switch gear needed; we will train if you can follow a pattern and handle small components.
• Disciplined:
  High focus on punctuality and maintaining a structured workflow.
