HELPER - Loading and Offloading

Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods from delivery trucks, containers, or pallets.
• Ensure proper stacking and placement of goods to avoid damage.
• Assist in arranging and securing cargo for safe transportation.
• Transport goods to designated storage or production areas as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in loading bays, warehouses, and storage areas.
• Report any damages, shortages, or quality issues immediately to the supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents promptly.
• Cooperate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist in inventory checks, labeling, and stock organization when required.
• Support the supervisor with other duties related to loading, unloading, or factory operations.

• Previous experience in factory, warehouse, or logistics operations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Basic understanding of safe lifting and handling techniques.
• Physically fit.
• Work environment: factory, warehouse, or loading area.
• May require shift work, overtime, or work in hot conditions depending on factory operations.
