Drafting Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

Execute works as per the target design and fabrication schedule as agreed with the Sr Project Coordinator.

Interface with sub‑contractors manufacturers to ensure compliance with specified quality work sequence with fabrication schedule, initiate production BOQs based on approved shop drawings, issue material and equipment requisitions as needed, follow up the deliveries and control the storage of work‑in‑progress and finished goods. Study fabrication drawings and Bill of material of projects, plan daily activities to meet project deadlines, continuous self‑learning of roof and cladding products accessories and ancillary items.

Responsible for production of accurate roofing cladding shop drawings using Auto Cad in 2D and or 3D formats REVIT. Coordinate directly with project installation teams concerning produced shop drawings and delivered materials to ensure compliant installation. Optimize material usage to reduce and eliminate waste during the material BOQ process. Liaise with consultants, sub‑contractors, material logistic department and engineering. Participate in project meetings with the projects department to collect and disseminate information pertaining to projects.

Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise in the daily activities. Ability to communicate efficiently, effectively, politely and professionally with other team members and clients.
