Responsibilities
- Coordinate material requirements with internal teams
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Track material movement and maintain records (GRN inventory)
- Prepare material requests, delivery schedules, reports
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for on-time delivery
- Conduct stock checks and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure proper storage and compliance with safety standards
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of inventory control & material handling
- Experience in construction/manufacturing (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
