The Work Tool Specialist will play a pivotal role within Caterpillar's Product, Services & Technology team, focusing on the Customer Solutions Growth Regions Division.

About Customer Solutions Growth Regions DivisionThis division engages closely with customers and dealers to create, customize, and adapt solutions. The regionally focused team works across Africa, Middle East, Eurasia, Asia (excluding Japan), and Latin America, and is organized into Customer Facing, Customer Solutions, and Business Enablers.
Role DefinitionSupports go‑to‑market initiatives and sales execution as a subject‑matter expert in hydraulic excavator work tools and attachments.
What You Will Do- Provide product application expertise and deliver product training to customers, product engineers, and dealer sales personnel.
- Deliver targeted training and demonstrations on hydraulic excavator work tools and attachments and their applications.
- Conduct product performance studies and assess customer job‑site efficiency to generate incremental sales opportunities.
- Design and execute performance comparisons across attachment categories and prepare recommendations.
- Lead requirements capture for attachment functionality, durability, compatibility, and digital features.
- Manage marketing technology tools/systems and collaborate on product roadmap.
- Build and maintain attachment content in marketing technology systems.
- Coordinate with engineering, product management, dealer development, and product support for portfolio plans and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee PINS trends, market share, and competitive offerings to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Customer focus and knowledge of customer needs.
- Strong product and service knowledge across major product groups.
- Decision‑making and critical thinking ability.
- Effective communication skills.
- Negotiation skills across organization and vendors.
- Relationship management expertise.
- Technical excellence in relevant technology.

- Must be able to travel 40% internationally.
- Work onsite five days a week.
