As the expert prefabricator in the prefabrication unit, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and precise assembly of prefabricated components, maintaining high quality standards and workflow optimization. Your expertise will support seamless operations, troubleshooting challenges, and enhancing productivity to meet project requirements

As an expert prefabricator in the prefabrication unit, you will play a vital role in assembling prefabricated components with precision and efficiency. Your responsibilities include reading and interpreting technical drawings, preparing materials for assembly, and ensuring all components are correctly fitted and secured according to project specifications. You will also conduct quality checks to identify defects, verify measurements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

In addition, you will assist in optimizing the pre-assembly workflow by coordinating with other team members, troubleshooting assembly challenges, and maintaining a well-organised and clean workspace. You will be expected to use various tools and equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition, and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.

Finally, you will follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and health and safety regulations while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field preferred) or technical equivalence.
• 1‑3 years of professional and hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, production, or prefabrication environment, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and process optimisation.
• Driving licence required with driving experience.
• Strong analytical and digital skills:
  Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables), ERP systems, SAP beneficial.
• A well‑developed ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and work with diverse blue‑collar and white‑collar colleagues.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across operations, logistics, and project management.
• Good understanding of lean principles, continuous improvement, and production planning.
• Hands‑on experience working with production materials, manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
• Customer‑centric mindset, with a passion for delivering high‑quality services on time.
• An analytical, result‑oriented, and proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical and operational topics clearly.
