Job Requirements

• Mandatory possession of a fully attested Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, verified by the UAE Ministry of Education.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of verifiable, hands‑on field experience maintaining heavy rotating equipment within a live smelter, steel manufacturing, or petrochemical environment.
• Strict requirement for advanced proficiency in utilizing SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) software; candidates must possess active NEBOSH or equivalent occupational safety certifications.

• Continuously monitor and physically inspect heavy plant machinery, executing complex predictive maintenance schedules to safely maximize daily aluminium production output.
• Lead rigorous root cause analysis investigations following sudden equipment failures, identifying critical mechanical faults and immediately initiating corrective repair protocols.
• Manage and strictly audit the Permit to Work (PTW) system for your designated maintenance crew, ensuring all technicians safely isolate high‑voltage machinery using LOTO procedures.
