Epoxy Sprayers - UAE

Responsibilities

• Expertly apply epoxy coatings to various surfaces ensuring a smooth, uniform, and durable finish according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces meticulously by cleaning, grinding, and patching to guarantee optimal adhesion and longevity of the epoxy application.
• Operate and maintain specialized spraying equipment, including airless sprayers and plural component systems, ensuring peak performance.
• Accurately mix epoxy resins and hardeners in precise ratios adhering strictly to manufacturer guidelines to achieve desired curing properties.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Epoxy Sprayer, preferably within the construction or industrial sectors in the UAE.
• Possession of relevant certifications in spray application techniques or hazardous material handling is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated proficiency in surface preparation methods, including abrasive blasting and mechanical grinding.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining various types of industrial spray equipment, including high-pressure and plural-component systems.
