QS planner and designer

At Mute Line Dubai, we specialize in custom joinery, interior fit‑out solutions, kitchens, wardrobes, acoustic panels, and bespoke commercial and residential interiors across the UAE. We are looking for a highly skilled and detail‑oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in estimating, production planning, and project coordination.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, quotations, and project budgets.
• Handle smart booking and data entry, including invoices, quotations, and expense tracking.
• Conduct site visits and take precise measurements for production and installation requirements.
• Prepare detailed cutting lists for manufacturing and production.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review technical drawings and ensure material quantities are accurate.
• Assist in project planning, procurement coordination, and cost control.

• Proven experience in joinery, interior fit‑out, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and budgeting.
• Experience with site measurements and production coordination.
• Excellent understanding of cutting list preparation and material optimization.
• Proficiency in:
  AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong organizational and data management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in kitchen manufacturing and wardrobe production.
• Knowledge of CNC production processes and joinery fabrication workflows.
• Understanding of materials, hardware, and finishing specifications used in custom furniture and fit‑out projects.
