Automotive Fabricator/Welder
Responsibilities
Precisely cut shape and assemble metal components for custom automotive builds and repairs using blueprints and specifications such as bumpers, mounts, etc.
Perform high-quality welding using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick) to join metal parts ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic finish.
Read and interpret complex technical drawings, schematics, and fabrication plans to guide the manufacturing process.
Operate and maintain a variety of metalworking machinery, including grinders, drills, presses, and plasma cutters, with expert precision.
QualificationsPossession of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in welding or metal fabrication is highly advantageous.
Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Welder or equivalent demonstrate proficiency and commitment.
A minimum of 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in automotive fabrication and welding, preferably within custom builds or performance vehicles.
Proven ability to expertly execute MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques on diverse metals and thicknesses.
