Responsibilities
- Lead a team of automation technicians, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—IT, Engineering, and Operations—to identify automation opportunities and implement innovative solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess automation effectiveness and identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards within the automated systems and operational areas.
- Proactively troubleshoot automation system malfunctions, diagnose root causes, and implement effective preventative solutions.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial automation within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities, with a proven track record of diagnosing and resolving complex automation issues.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using data to drive automation improvements.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
