Machine Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate PET bottling and packaging machinery in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
• Perform routine machine inspections, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and downtime.
• Achieve and sustain targeted line efficiency (
  LE
  ) and overall equipment effectiveness (
  OEE
  ) levels.
• Execute machine changeovers accurately and within defined timelines.
• Carry out CIP/COP cleaning activities as per hygiene and safety standards.
• Monitor and control raw material and packaging material usage, yield, and wastage.
• Conduct in-process quality checks and ensure adherence to CCP monitoring requirements.
• Strictly follow GMP
  , HACCP
  , and 5S practices to maintain product quality and food safety standards.
• Identify, report, and escalate any product quality or machine‑related issues immediately.
• Ensure all production activities meet defined quality specifications and compliance standards.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and workplace organization in line with HSSE guidelines.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in bottling or beverage manufacturing.
• Mandatory experience in the water or beverage industry.
• Hands‑on experience with PET bottling equipment such as Krones, Sidel, SMI, Husky, or Netstal.
• Strong knowledge of machine operations, preventive maintenance, and water bottling processes.
• Sound understanding of GMP
  , HACCP
  , food safety, and plant safety standards.
• Immediate joiner highly desirable.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, team‑focused, and able to perform in a fast‑paced production environment.
