Head of In-Process Chassis Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and optimize the in-process manufacturing flow of chassis components ensuring seamless integration and minimal bottlenecks.
• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Drive the implementation of advanced manufacturing technologies such as automation and robotics to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of robust quality control processes minimizing defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Possess certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management, demonstrating commitment to process optimization.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in chassis manufacturing or a related automotive manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale manufacturing operations and driving significant improvements.
