We are looking for a skilled Automotive Painter to join our workshop team, with strong experience working on European, German, and luxury vehicles
. This role is ideal for a professional who has solid expertise in surface preparation, color matching, paint application, refinishing, and final paint quality
.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces, mixing and matching paint accurately, applying paint to high standards, and delivering a premium-quality finish that meets workshop and manufacturer expectations.
RequirementsPaint Preparation & Application
- Prepare vehicle panels and surfaces for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming
- Perform high-quality paint application on European, German, and luxury vehicles
- Mix and match colors accurately to achieve the correct finish
- Apply basecoat, clear coat, and other paint materials using proper techniques
- Carry out panel refinishing, touch-ups, blending, and repainting work
- Ensure smooth, even coverage and high-quality final appearance
- Inspect painted surfaces and correct any defects before final delivery
Bodyshop & Finishing Support
- Work closely with denters, polishers, and bodyshop technicians to complete repair jobs properly
- Prepare repaired panels for painting and ensure readiness before application
- Support paint correction and finishing processes where required
- Maintain paint booth cleanliness and ensure proper use of materials and equipment
Workshop & Safety
- Follow all paint shop safety procedures and use protective equipment properly
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Handle paints, thinners, masking materials, spray guns, and tools with care
- Maintain workshop hygiene and quality standards at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as an automotive painter
- Strong knowledge of surface preparation, paint mixing, color matching, and spray painting techniques
- Experience working on European, German, and luxury vehicles is highly preferred
- Good understanding of repainting, blending, refinishing, and paint defect correction
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred
