Responsibilities

- Monitor production metrics and KPIs using data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance overall productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field is essential for a strong technical foundation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role to demonstrate leadership capabilities.
- Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are highly desirable, reflecting a commitment to process improvement and operational excellence.
- Experience in the specific industry of work, such as automotive, electronics, or consumer goods, is preferred to ensure relevant knowledge and expertise.
