Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bread Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in the art of bread‑making and will take charge of producing high‑quality artisan breads, rolls, and other baked goods. You will ensure that all products meet our quality standards and are prepared with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bread Preparation: Prepare and bake a strong variety of breads including sourdough, whole grain, baguettes, ciabatta, brioche, burger bun, potato bun, and specialty breads. Follow and develop recipes to maintain consistency and quality.
  • Production Planning: Plan daily production schedules to meet customer demand. Monitor inventory levels and manage ingredients accordingly.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards for taste, texture, and presentation. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the baking area.
  • Recipe Development: Experiment with new recipes and techniques to introduce innovative bread options. Customize bread offerings based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain baking equipment such as ovens, proofers, and mixers. Report any equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs.
  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Bread Chef, Baker, or similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of bread‑making techniques, including fermentation, proofing, and baking.
    • Familiarity with various flours, grains, and leavening agents.
    • Ability to work early morning shifts and manage time effectively.
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing top‑quality products.
    Skills
    • Creativity in developing unique and flavorful bread recipes.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
    • Ability to work well in a team or independently.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in artisan bread production.
    Additional Requirements

    Candidate must be currently available in the UAE. Immediate joiners only will be considered. Visit visa or cancelled visa candidates preferred. Ready to attend trial shift upon shortlisting.
