We are hiring skilled Bakers and Assistant Bakers for reputed bakeries and food production units in Dubai and Qatar. The selected candidates will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods while maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and bake items such as bread, cakes, pastries, buns and desserts
- Assist in dough preparation, mixing, proofing and baking processes
- Follow standard recipes to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Decorate cakes and pastries for Baker role
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area
- Operate baking equipment like ovens, mixers and proffers
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and raw materials
- Ensure proper storage of bakery products and ingredients
