Responsibilities
- Set up and operate assembly equipment with precision ensuring all components meet quality standards and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to accurately assemble products according to specifications
- Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the assembly process identifying and addressing defects promptly
- Collaborate with team members to streamline assembly processes enhancing efficiency and minimizing downtime
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in manufacturing or assembly is a plus.
- Proven experience in assembly line operations, with at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and understand technical documentation and schematics.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
