Manager - Factory; Marble

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of marble quarrying, processing, and finishing operations to ensure efficient production and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production schedules optimizing resource allocation, labor, machinery, and materials to meet demand and minimize downtime.
• Manage the factory workforce, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and fostering a safe and productive work environment.
• Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures at every stage—from raw material inspection to finished product verification—to guarantee superior marble quality.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining), Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in factory management, with a significant focus on the marble or natural stone industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale production facilities and complex operational workflows.
• Deep understanding of marble processing techniques, machinery, and quality assessment standards.
