The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring product quality, operational efficiency, and workplace safety.

• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines to ensure smooth production processes.
• Perform machine start-up, shutdown, and production adjustments as required.
• Monitor production parameters including material usage, weight distribution, and product quality.
• Ensure production schedules are followed to meet operational targets.

• Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-related issues.
• Make machine adjustments to optimize performance and reduce downtime.
• Support machine changeovers and equipment setup activities when required.

• Perform regular quality checks throughout production shifts.
• Ensure all products meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Monitor material consumption and support waste reduction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate production and performance records.

• Follow company safety procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Report workplace hazards, incidents, and equipment issues promptly.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization and continuous improvement programs.
• Ensure assigned equipment operates safely and efficiently at all times.

• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Contribute ideas for operational enhancements and cost reduction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe production environment.

• Technical Diploma, Vocational Certificate, or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Electrical certification is considered an advantage.

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry.
• Experience with blow moulding, injection moulding, or plastic processing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience handling production machinery, utilities, and manufacturing infrastructure.

• Knowledge of plastic engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of toolmaking, mechanical, and electrical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot production and equipment issues effectively.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts.
