Production Manager – Dubai

• Schedule cable production lines for optimum utilization
• Manage core processes
• Reduce downtime
• Improve material efficiency by monitoring raw material consumption to minimize variance
• Coordinate inventory, aligning with procurement to ensure a steady supply of all input materials
• Enforce quality assurance and compliance with desired cable standards
• Oversee routine sample and type testing, including root‑cause analysis of cable failures or insulation defects
• Lead investigations into cable failures or insulation defects
• Implement leadership and safety EHS practices to enforce a zero‑harm culture
• Enforce strict safety protocols around high‑voltage testing areas and heavy rotating machinery
• Manage engineering, production, logistics, and maintenance teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related field)
• 10‑15 years of experience in cable manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role
• Strong production and operations management skills
• Experience in schedule planning, process improvement, material efficiency, inventory coordination, quality assurance, root‑cause analysis, safety and EHS
• Leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams

The incumbent will be responsible for maximizing production yield, maintaining strict international quality standards, and optimizing manufacturing costs while ensuring a zero‑harm safety culture.
