Role 1:
Junior Operator / Junior QC Inspector
Education: CIPET (Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering & Technology) Diploma or equivalent certification in plastics technology.
Experience: Freshers are highly welcome or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in an injection moulding environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently according to production schedules.
- Perform regular quality control checks on molded components to detect defects (e.g., flash, short shots, warping).
- Monitor machine parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
- Pack and sort finished products according to company quality standards.
Junior Maintenance Technician
Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: Freshers are highly welcome or candidates with up to 1 year of experience troubleshooting machinery; experience in plastic manufacturing injection moulding is a plus.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment (chillers, air compressors, material loaders).
- Troubleshoot basic electrical faults or mechanical breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
- Support senior engineers during mold changes and machine setups.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment following HSE regulations.

Starting Salary: 1,500 AED per month.
Guaranteed Yearly Increments:
- Increase of 250 AED after completing 1 year of service.
- Further increase of 250 AED after completing 2 years of service.
Accommodation: Provided by the company.
Transportation: Provided by the company to and from the workplace.
Medical Insurance: Provided by the company as per UAE labor law.
General Requirements for Both Roles- Basic English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (day/night) in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Strong team spirit and a desire to learn and grow within the plastics industry.
