This pivotal role involves leading and managing end-to-end folding carton manufacturing operations to ensure the safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of superior packaging solutions. You will be accountable for optimising manufacturing performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating across functions such as Production Planning, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and HSE. Your leadership will help maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), minimise waste, enhance asset reliability, and deliver consistent production targets aligned with customer requirements and business objectives.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing production capacity, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The role also involves implementing lean manufacturing practices, driving process improvements, managing operational costs, and fostering a high-performance team environment. A track record in offset printing, die-cutting, folding, gluing, and finishing processes will be instrumental in your success here.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in packaging, printing, or manufacturing operations. A strong background in folding carton manufacturing, coupled with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity, is essential. Proven expertise in offset printing and finishing operations - along with demonstrated success in operational improvements like OEE optimisation, waste reduction, and productivity enhancement is highly sought after.

Equipped with strong leadership qualities, you will lead multidisciplinary teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and have a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles. Excellent skills in production planning, resource management, and quality control are required, supported by proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
