The Boring Company is seeking a Head of Precast Operations in Dubai to lead the concrete/precast team responsible for producing precast segments for tunnel infrastructure. You will oversee shifts, ensure quality, and coordinate materials while maintaining safety and schedule integrity.
Required:
3 years of quality testing in manufacturing, ACI Grade 1 certification, and strong leadership. PCI Level 1 and blueprint-reading skills are preferred.
