Senior Account Manager – Public Relations (UAE)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our Public Relations team in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing high‑profile accounts, delivering strategic communication plans, and leading client relationships in fast‑paced environments.
Key Requirements- UAE PR Agency Experience Required (mandatory)
- Proven track record managing government, corporate, or large‑scale projects
- Ability to lead account executives and manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent English and Arabic writing skills (preferred)
- Experience in crisis communication, campaign planning, and media strategy
- Lead and manage multiple client accounts with full ownership of strategy and execution
- Develop communication plans, press materials, and strategic messaging
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE media outlets
- Oversee team members and ensure timely delivery of all client requirements
- Support new business pitches and proposal development
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Media, or related field
- 5–7+ years of experience, preferably inside a UAE PR agency
- Strong leadership, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills
