Senior Marketing Manager – Middle East
Join Eurofragance SLU as a Senior Marketing Manager in the Middle East. We’re growing fast and need someone who can define and implement the regional marketing strategy, driving business growth and category profitability.
Responsibilities- Define and execute the Middle East regional marketing strategy aligned with the regional long‑term strategic commercial plan.
- Drive the development of proactive category tools with internal partners according to a defined calendar, and contribute actively in client briefs to define the strategy to win the brief in collaboration with Account Managers & FDMs.
- Be the expert authority for fine fragrance marketing, leading deep understanding of Middle‑Eastern consumer preferences, cultural olfactive codes, and emerging fine‑fragrance trends.
- Build strong relationships with perfumers, evaluators, and sales teams to co‑create winning olfactive propositions.
- Act as strategic partner to key regional clients, supporting them with concepts, olfactive direction, creative marketing assets and trends days / events.
- Lead the regional fairs’ concept planning and best‑in‑class execution.
- Manage marketing activities and client events in the Dubai Experience Area, ensuring they are planned and executed according to the annual calendar.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with global marketing and branding teams to stay up‑to‑date on marketing guidelines while adapting to regional nuances.
- Lead and mentor the Dubai and Saudi Marketing teams, ensuring clear processes, roles, and responsibilities are established and consistently maintained.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management.
- At least 8 years of marketing experience with a good track record in B2C in fragrance brands or B2B in a fragrance house.
- Solid understanding of the fragrance industry with passion for fragrances.
- Client‑oriented and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong team management skills.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Structured thinking, planning, organizing and building partnerships.
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
- Proficient in operating Canva and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new‑technologies savvy.
- Languages:
proficiency in English (spoken and written);
French and Arabic are a strong plus.
