Public Relations Specialist

DIA Holding is expanding, and we are looking for a highly experienced PR & Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role will support the marketing functions of the holding, manage PR activities across Dubai and Kazakhstan, and contribute to the strategic positioning of our projects and leadership.

Experience: Senior level (10+ years)

• Develop and execute PR strategies for the Holding and its projects
• Manage brand communication and strengthen market presence in Dubai
• Coordinate closely with Marketing Directors in Kazakhstan and Dubai
• Lead PR activities for the company and support the Founder’s professional positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers
• Oversee content creation for press releases, social media, and corporate channels
• Support marketing campaigns, project launches, and corporate events
• Analyze the Dubai market to guide communication and PR strategy

• 10+ years of professional experience in PR and Marketing
• Proven background working with reputable companies or agencies
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written); professional working English required
• Strong understanding of the Dubai market and regional media landscape
• Strategic mindset with a creative and proactive approach
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Demonstrated experience in PR management and brand reputation building
