Senior Manager, Marketing Communications
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing Communications to lead and elevate our brand presence s role is critical in shaping our messaging, driving engagement, launching impactful campaigns, and strengthening our market positioning regionally, with a strong focus on KSA and UAE.
The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller, a strong communicator, and a strategic thinker with deep expertise in brand building, PR, and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead public relations efforts, managing media relationships and securing high‑impact coverage.
- Craft compelling narratives that enhance brand perception and thought leadership.
- Serve as the brand’s voice, ensuring consistency in messaging across all communications.
- Oversee the development of engaging, high‑quality content across multiple platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).
- Ensure brand consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing materials.
- Drive creative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate YOUGotaGift in the market.
- Define and refine brand positioning, voice, and messaging to reinforce YOUGotaGift’s leadership in digital gifting.
- Conduct market research to understand customer insights, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Work cross‑functionally to ensure branding aligns with product development, sales, and corporate strategy.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and content distribution.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure campaign success and optimize future efforts.
- Lead the planning and execution of key industry events, sponsor ships, and brand activations.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, PR, content marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in brand storytelling, campaign management, and media relations.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and external agencies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in PR platforms, content marketing, and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- KSA market experience is a plus.
