Job Overview

As an Account Manager, you will lead a portfolio of client accounts, overseeing the development and implementation of strategic PR and communication initiatives. Leveraging your experience and expertise, you will mentor and guide a team of account executives to deliver exceptional results while fostering strong client relationships and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

Client Leadership and Relationship Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trusted partnerships and understanding their business objectives.
Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic planning sessions, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and objectives.
Provide strategic counsel to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their PR and communication strategies.

Team Management and Mentorship

Supervise and mentor a team of account executives, providing guidance, support, and delegating tasks effectively.
Ensure the team meets deadlines and delivers high-quality work.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, creativity, and accountability.

Strategic Planning and Campaign Execution

Develop comprehensive PR and communication strategies tailored to clients' objectives, target audiences, and market dynamics.
Oversee the execution of integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and make data‑driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.

Media Relations and Content Development

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
Lead media outreach efforts, pitching story ideas, securing coverage, and managing media inquiries on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with the team to develop compelling content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and blog posts.

Client Reporting and Financial Management

Prepare regular progress reports, campaign summaries, and performance metrics for clients, highlighting key achievements and insights.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability for client accounts.
Identify opportunities for organic growth and upsell additional services to existing clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in agency environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and results.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset, able to develop innovative PR strategies that drive business impact.
Proficiency in media relations, with a network of media contacts in Dubai and the UAE.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects.
Fluency in English is required;
Arabic proficiency is a plus.
