Role OverviewAs a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement, ensuring our marketing initiatives align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities 1‑ Google Ads Management- Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping).
- Perform keyword research and optimize ad copies for high ROI.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Design and execute paid campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad content.
- Analyze audience behavior to optimize targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Build and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and product launches.
- Develop segmented email lists and personalization strategies for higher engagement.
- Measure campaign effectiveness through A/B testing and performance tracking.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance across channels.
- Create comprehensive marketing dashboards and present actionable insights.
- Use data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Work with the marketing team to develop innovative strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms.
- Liaise with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand message.
- Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2–3 years in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or luxury goods.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads and social media ad campaigns.
- Technical
Skills: - Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on‑page and off‑page optimization, and content strategy.
- Good knowledge of website management.

- Ability to learn, research, and self‑teach aspects of the luxury watches industry, including brands, models, and market trends.
