Director of Influencer Marketing

Today we are considered the biggest management agency in Spain with more than 160 profiles exclusively with us, out of which 40 talents are internationally positioned as football players, actors, artists and many more.

We are looking for a Talent Manager / PR & Partnerships Manager to represent TWIC talents in relationships with agencies, brands, media, public institutions and other strategic partners.

This role will be responsible for commercial management, strategic planning, and the positioning of both the talents and the agency within the GCC market, ensuring consistency and impact across communication and public relations activities.

• Represent TWIC talents in dealings with agencies, brands, media, public institutions and other key players in the French and international markets.
• Manage and negotiate commercial proposals, partnerships, collaborations, and contracts.
• Oversee strategic planning and the professional growth of talents.
• Support the development of the public image and positioning of the talents and the agency.
• Collaborate with TWIC to ensure strategic consistency across PR activities.
• Promote and coordinate talent participation in events, festivals, premieres, fashion shows, and other high‑visibility initiatives.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (Talent Management, PR, Brand Partnerships, Artist Representation).
• Strong knowledge of the GCC media, entertainment, public institutions and influencer marketing landscape.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in contract and commercial management.
• Ability to plan strategically and develop the positioning of talents and brands.
• Strong familiarity with major social media platforms, their dynamics, and analytical tools.
