Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical, data-driven, and customer-focused Manager - CRM to support the development and execution of CRM strategies across digital channels. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value by leveraging data, segmentation, and personalized marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and executing the CRM roadmap for the e-commerce business, including email, Whats App, push notifications, and In‑app communications.
  • Manage end‑to‑end CRM campaigns from segmentation and content coordination to deployment and performance analysis.
  • Monitor customer journeys and automate lifecycle communications to drive retention, reactivation, and cross‑sell/upsell.
  • Work with analytics teams to analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and campaign performance to optimize targeting and messaging.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with content and product teams to ensure CRM initiatives align with overall business goals.
  • Support loyalty program initiatives and customer engagement strategies across touchpoints.
  • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to drive continuous improvement in CRM communications and KPIs.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in CRM or retention marketing in e‑commerce.
  • Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Mo‑engage, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and customer lifecycle management.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs), segmentation, and personalization strategies is a plus.
