We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing team and drive the company’s growth through innovative and data-driven marketing initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for developing and executing the overall marketing strategy, enhancing brand presence, generating leads, and supporting customer retention across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and vision.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, content, email, events, social media, etc.).
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
  • Own and optimize the marketing budget for maximum ROI.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and overall marketing performance.
  • Build relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility.
  • Drive PR, communications, and thought leadership initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 8+ years) in marketing roles with at least 3–5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing (as applicable).
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM, SEO/SEM, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
