About the Role

The Associate Marketing supports the development and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive organizational growth. The role focuses on coordinating campaigns, producing content, conducting market research, and tracking performance across digital and traditional channels. Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, the Associate Marketing ensures timely delivery of marketing assets, maintains brand consistency, and contributes to data‑driven decision‑making.

This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, creative professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is eager to grow within the marketing function.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign coordination:
    Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Content development:
    Draft and edit marketing materials including social posts, newsletters, website content, and promotional assets.
  • Market research:
    Conduct competitor analysis, audience insights, and trend monitoring to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Performance tracking:
    Monitor campaign metrics, prepare reports, and recommend improvements based on data.
  • Brand consistency:
    Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging standards.
  • Cross-functional collaboration:

    Coordinate with design, sales, and product teams to support integrated marketing activities.
  • Event support:
    Assist in planning and executing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
  • Vendor coordination:
    Liaise with agencies, printers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or communications
Required Skills
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, analytics dashboards)
  • Basic design familiarity (Canva, Adobe tools preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate insights
