. You’ll take ideas from early‑stage to culturally relevant, beautifully executed brands then scale them.
This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with taste, pace, and strong FMCG fundamentals who can move between strategy, storytelling, creative direction, and go‑to‑market execution without losing the plot.

- Staying plugged into GCC consumer trends + Gen Z behaviour (formats, creators, culture shifts)
- Running a test‑and‑learn engine: fast iterations, better creative, sharper channel performance
- Managing agencies/vendors and holding the bar high on quality
- Leading a small in‑house team with clear briefs, coaching, and momentum
- Owning budgets and making sure spend = impact
- Have 10+ years in marketing with FMCG / consumer brands (beauty/food/lifestyle strongly preferred)
- Are a proper brand builder (not just a channel operator)
- Have GCC experience and understand what lands culturally (this is non‑negotiable)
- Can lead a small team, partner cross‑functionally, and still be hands‑on when needed
- Are trend‑native
—you get creators, community, short‑form video, UGC, and what “good” looks like now - Use data confidently, but don’t let dashboards kill the magic
Nice to have: portfolio/incubator experience, UAE/Saudi launches, eCommerce familiarity (Shopify/GA4/Klaviyo), Arabic.
