• Support execution of the resort’s F&B marketing and communications strategy, partnering closely with F&B Operations to deliver results.
• Analyze daily cover reports and identify opportunities to drive traffic, covers, and incremental revenue.
• Create and manage a dynamic marketing calendar including chef takeovers, festive activations, lifestyle collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Stay plugged into the Dubai dining scene, spotting emerging food and beverage trends, new venues, and influencer movements.
• Build strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners to generate impactful PR coverage.
• Collaborate with MMI, A&E, and premium beverage brands to design co-branded events and sponsor ships.
• Craft compelling storytelling that elevates our restaurants, bars, and lounges across digital, social, and press platforms

• 5–7 years’ experience in F&B marketing, brand partnerships, or communications, ideally from a restaurant group, beverage brand, or lifestyle agency.
• Deep understanding of Dubai’s F&B market, culinary trends, and the luxury dining guest mindset.
• Well-connected with chefs, food critics, media, influencers, suppliers, and distributors.
• Exceptionally creative, fast, and commercial, able to turn insights and trends into meaningful activations.
• Strong copywriting, event, and project-management skills with an eye for aesthetics and brand storytelling.
