Job Summary
The Marketing Executive will play a valuable part in contributing to the overall success of the Marketing team. Supporting the respective Marketing Managers, the responsibilities and essential job functions of the role include and are not limited to the following:
Job Responsibilities- Content curation and planning, design and creation, community management and basic performance marketing for all OVH F&B social media accounts
- Keeps up to date with technologies that improve performance of social media accounts, and maintains up-to-date content on F&B websites (basic Wordpress / CMS knowledge required)
- Assist in all Marketing duties, including maintaining an updated media library, copywriting, creative briefing of agencies, in-house graphic designers, and 3rd party suppliers etc.
- Brief, coordinate & meet on regular basis with internal teams and potentially agencies & production suppliers.
- Support in creating and delivering, advertisements and other marketing materials making sure that it fits the tonality, the spirit, and the overall guidelines of the JA brand.
- Assist in ensuring that all hotel related offline and online information are accurate and updated.
- Active participation in idea generation towards developing collaterals, presentations, events, and promotions.
- Identify new combined opportunities / sponsor ships with already established brands that fit within the overall JA strategy.
- Update management and stakeholders on ongoing marketing activities by developing detailed status reports as required.
- Minimum 1-year proven experience in a marketing-related role in hospitality or Account Executive in an integrated advertising agency.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Deep understanding of social media.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and detailed-oriented.
- Creative thinker and commercially astute.
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
- Fluency in English – both written and verbal, fluency in a 2nd language would be a bonus.
