Marketing Director

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Marketing Director for their UAE office.

• Develop and implement overall marketing strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
• Lead, develop, and motivate the marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Responsible for planning product launches and commercial planning for new products.
• Manage marketing budgets ensuring effective use of resources.
• Increasing brand awareness and market share.
• Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer insights to adjust strategies as needed.
• Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life sciences, marketing, business, or related discipline. An Advanced Science degree or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in a marketing/commercial role within the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in specialty care.
• Solid experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Must have strong local market experience.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
• Creative thinker, with strong leadership and communication skills
