We are searching for an Account Manager to lead exciting client campaigns, guide junior team members and drive day‑to‑day account success at Performance Communications Middle East.

• Lead multiple client accounts and manage work streams
• Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact and trusted advisor
• Draft flawless communications materials, including press releases and planning documents
• Mentor, guide and inspire junior team members
• Proactively drive media relations and integrated campaign opportunities
• Manage projects, timelines, budgets and reporting with precision

• Inspirational leader who motivates others
• Strategic thinker with sharp operational skills
• Proactive problem‑solver with a solutions‑first approach
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
• Calm under pressure, resilient and positive
• 4–6 years’ experience in a communications, PR or marketing role (agency experience preferred)
• Strong client handling skills with a proven ability to deliver integrated campaigns
• Exceptional writing, media relations and project management skills
