About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Paid Media Specialist with strong expertise in DSP advertising, CPA performance networks, and programmatic campaign management
. This role is ideal for someone who can build, optimize, and scale paid campaigns for products requiring strict advertising compliance
, while driving measurable growth and acquisition.
You will lead end‑to‑end strategy and execution across programmatic DSPs and CPA‑driven affiliate channels
, ensuring optimal performance and maximum ROI.
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across leading DSP platforms (display, video, native, CTV/OTT, DOOH).
- Build custom audience segments using behavioral, contextual, and demographic insights.
- Execute retargeting, advanced bidding strategies, and funnel‑based acquisition campaigns.
- Manage CPA‑based user acquisition campaigns through affiliate networks and direct publisher partnerships.
- Optimize partner performance, negotiate payouts, and maintain cost‑efficient conversion flows.
- Monitor fraud, compliance, and traffic quality across all partners.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for conversion rate, CPL/CPA, ROI, and traffic quality.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, targeting groups, and bidding models.
- Generate performance dashboards and insights using analytics and attribution tools.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Coordinate with influencers and publishers to support compliant user acquisition efforts.
- Ensure all media buying activities adhere to platform restrictions and regulatory guidelines.
- 3+ years of experience in DSP advertising, programmatic buying, or CPA performance marketing
. - Strong command of DSP platforms (DV360, Stack Adapt, Amobee, or similar).
- Proven track record managing CPA user acquisition and affiliate campaigns.
- Deep understanding of targeting, bidding, optimization, and attribution models.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, DSP dashboards).
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project‑management skills.
- Certifications in Programmatic Advertising, Google Marketing Platform, or related fields.
- Experience managing campaigns for regulated or restricted‑category products preferably
- Familiarity with GCC/UAE market dynamics and compliance guidelines.
