Overview
The jobholder will lead the overall marketing strategy and execution across brand, demand generation, and customer engagement. The role is responsible for driving growth, market leadership, and commercial impact through integrated marketing strategies, with a strong focus on large-scale events, FMCG, IT/Technology, and advertising-led environments. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strategic vision, strong execution capability, and cross-industry marketing expertise.
StrategicMarketing Leadership
- Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy aligned with business growth, revenue, and brand objectives.
- Translate corporate goals into clear marketing roadmaps across multiple channels and markets.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for products, services, platforms, and large-scale initiatives.
- Build, protect, and evolve the corporate and product brand across all touchpoints.
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and storytelling to ensure consistency and differentiation.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through data-driven marketing and performance channels.
- Track ROI, conversion funnels, CAC, and campaign performance to continuously optimize spend.
- Lead the strategy and execution of large-scale events, exhibitions, experiential campaigns, and sponsor ships.
- Maximize audience engagement, brand exposure, and commercial outcomes through live and hybrid experiences.
- Integrate events into the broader marketing and sales funnel.
- Partner closely with Sales, Commercial, Product, IT, and Business Unit leaders to deliver shared revenue targets.
- Support sponsorship, partnership, and advertiser value propositions through tailored marketing solutions.
- Engage with agencies, media partners, technology vendors, and production partners.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing, multi-disciplinary marketing team.
- Set KPIs, performance standards, and development plans for direct reports.
- Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Own and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency, ROI, and governance compliance.
- Oversee agency relationships across creative, media, digital, PR, and experiential partners.
- Ensure brand, procurement, and compliance standards are consistently met.
