Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing & Event Coordinator to support the execution of marketing activities, brand activations, and events across the MENA region. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the field of Marketing. This is a highly executional role focused on coordination, logistics, and delivery working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and aligning with Central Marketing standards.

Whatthe job looks like
The Marketing & Event Coordinator will have the chance to:
- Support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing campaigns, events, expos, sponsor ships, seminars, and workshops across MENA (logistics, suppliers, admin and on-site support).
- Assist with regional brand activations and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand execution.
- Coordinate production and delivery of online- and offline assets (booth materials, digital banners, print materials, giveaways, branded merchandise etc).
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery, correct specs, and smooth event readiness.
- Maintain and track inventory of marketing collateral and event materials.
- Support identification and coordination of influencers/community partners for campaigns, events and activations.
- Assist with CRM workflows and campaign execution support (QA checks, scheduling support, coordination with teams).
- Coordinate internally with Marketing, Business Development, compliance and other regional stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience from 0-2 years in marketing, events, coordination, or execution-focused roles.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Proactive team player with strong coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and activations when required.
- Familiarity with Jira or project/task tools is a plus.
- Exposure to CRM tools (Hub Spot or similar) is a plus, with interest in learning CRM execution and workflows.
