The PR Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the day-to-day public relations activity to strengthen brand reputation, visibility, and credibility in line with business objectives. The role supports the development and delivery of the communication strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across key announcements, launches, and brand moments.
The role leads PR planning and strategy execution, including media relations, operations, interviews, press releases, and PR-led content development, ensuring accurate brand representation. It oversees media test drive management, including planning, coordination, logistics to maximize high quality earned coverage.
The PR Manager also manages executive profiling, supporting leadership visibility through interviews, thought leadership opportunities, and media positioning. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies, the role ensures timely delivery and smooth execution, while tracking media coverage, sentiment, key message penetration and share of voice through regular reporting and insights to continuously optimize PR performance.
- Manage the PR and communications plan to strengthen brand reputation and visibility across key announcements, launches, and campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with priority journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure consistent earned media opportunities.
- Lead press office operations including press releases, media kits, interview coordination, and PR-led content development to ensure consistent messaging.
- Manage media test drive programs end-to-end to generate high quality and relevant coverage.
- Deliver executive profiling and thought leadership opportunities to support leadership positioning and credibility.
- Track, analyze, and report PR performance to optimize activity and improve results over time.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
- Professional certifications in PR / Corporate Communications are a plus.
- 3–5 years of experience in PR and communications, ideally within automotive, luxury, or tech.
- Proven experience managing media relations, press office activity, and PR plans across launches/campaigns.
- Experience coordinating interviews, executive profiling, and developing PR content (press releases, media kits, speeches/quotes).
- Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and external partners and deliver day-to-day operations effectively, including media test drive programs.
- Fluency in English required. Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
